Finance Lead (Finance/Accounting)

Duties and responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following

  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Prepare and process monthly journal entries in compliance with established policies and procedures and GAAP.
    • Apply policies and procedures to ensure that accounting transactions are in compliance with company policies and are recorded in the financial records.
    • Identifying potential process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiencies and quality.
    • Responsible for accurate and timely unit accounting and reporting
    • Coordinate for Internal and External audits
    • Thorough knowledge of Corporate laws, Tax Laws (Direct & Indirect), including GST
    • Responsible for statutory compliance and filings
    • Research transactions and various general ledger accounts to gather, review, and analyze data to present findings to supervisors.
    • Assist the Accounting department with special projects as needed
    • Assist with corporate audits and assist in collection of field work and field exams as conducted.

Sr. Salesforce Developer General

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
  • Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
  • Communicate with project managers, Business departments and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
  • Interact directly with Business Departments, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Data Science OR 7-10 years professional experience developing web applications
  • 2-3 years “Classic” Salesforce development experience (Apex classes, triggers, VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL)
  • 3-4 years modern Salesforce development experience (Aura, LSDS, Lightning components, LWC, Flows)
  • 2-3 years Salesforce scripting experience (ant, sfdx, sandbox CI)
  • 2-3 years’ ES6+ JavaScript development experience w/ at least one project implemented with Angular, Backbone, React, Bootstrap (for JS, not just Bootstrap CSS), or a comparable framework
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries
  • Experience writing Unit Tests
  • Familiar with modern decentralized source control (git, Mercurial, etc)
  • Familiar with the concepts of Test-Driven Development Preferred qualifications include:
  • Salesforce Developer Credentials such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Architect Credentials such as Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect
  • Experience building responsive layouts and mobile first design

Operations Associate
Duties and Responsibilities:

 • Update, track, and deliver operational and financial reports on a recurring basis
•Create and update Executive-level PowerPoints to be used in company-wide presentations
 • Manage Project Status list and follow-up with company leaders to ensure projects are on track
• Create and maintain a repository of Project Templates to be standardized across teams
• Provide online systems support to multiple groups within Professional Services and Support organizations
• Liaise with finance, accounting, marketing and sales departments to complete projects and gather data
 • Compile data sets that will provide analysis of monthly and yearly info/trends against operational budget
• Create and deliver reports which span support volume, agent performance, and other reports using Excel and various CRM systems
 • Consolidates information into actionable items, reports and presentations to make critical strategic decision
